2017 - WAITRESS
When I was 15 years old, I worked as a waitress at Shan Gai Tang restaurant in Tangkak, Johor. This was my first job. I took on this part-time position because I didn't want to waste my time after the PT3 examination. I wanted to learn new things and earn some pocket money during the school holidays, so I decided to become a waitress at this restaurant with my friends. This was the most challenging job I have ever done. As a waitress, we had to quickly serve food to customers while maintaining a smile, even when dealing with complaints. However, I learned a lot from this experience and gained an understanding of the hardships faced by service workers. This job has had a lasting impact on my life. For instance, whenever I dine in a restaurant now, I help the waiter by handing in my plate and saying thank you. Before I leave, I make sure to put my chair back in place. I worked in this role for four months, and I left to focus on my academics.
2018 - NET SELLING
When I was 16 years old, I started selling products online. I sold power banks and phone cases through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat. While the job was relatively easy, making money wasn't straightforward without customer orders. Through this experience, I learned that the best way to attract customers is through publicity, advertising, and promotional activities. I learned how to create attractive advertising images, how to ensure that promotional photos reach a wide audience, and how to entice customers to participate in promotions. This experience taught me that we are in the age of the internet, and social media is the best way to advertise what we sell. I worked in this role for three months.
2019 - ACCOUNTING CLERK
I worked as an accounting clerk at Kujiwa Cooperation Sdn. Bhd. which is a construction company. My job responsibilities included recording the prices of steel bars and wood, entering accounting documents into the system, and organizing various documents. This was a typical nine-to-five office job, involving a lot of time in front of the computer or doing paperwork. Although I found the job somewhat monotonous, as it required me to stay indoors and perform routine tasks, I learned the importance of patience in every kind of work. Despite its mundane nature, this job taught me valuable lessons about diligence and attention to detail. I have been working in this position for two months.

2020 - LOGISTICS CLERK
I also worked at Kujiwa company to help my mother. My responsibilities included entering invoices into the computer, organizing sales orders, and printing invoices when salesmen placed orders. This job becomes particularly hectic when many customers come to collect their goods, we need to print documents immediately and arrange the goods for the customers. It was during these busy times that I realized just how hard my mother works. Occasionally, drivers would lose their tempers due to work-related issues, and my mother had to calm them down to ensure everything ran smoothly. Through this job, I learned the importance of managing interpersonal relationships to perform well. I believe everyone will encounter this challenge at work in the future. I have been working in this role for two months.
2022 - Present
Online Marketing Florist
I never thought that this would be the part-time job I held the longest. To most people, running a flower shop seems like a niche business; after all, people don't buy flowers every day. But after getting involved in this industry, I realized that every field has its own significance. Did you know that flowers can be arranged into many different types of bouquets? Graduation bouquets, birthday bouquets, grand opening flowers, sympathy flowers, hand bouquets, boutonnieres, decorations, and more. Through interacting with customers, I’ve come to understand their thoughts and feelings. When the floral arrangements are completed and handed to the customers, their smiles are the most rewarding part. Perhaps this is the true meaning of a flower shop.
